We are breeders and producers of quality Riding Ponies.

We are a small, compact stud that focuses on producing a pony of correct type and temperament for the child rider.

The stud commenced its humble beginnings in 1999 with the purchase of Owendale Jamaica, a Welsh B and approved riding pony sire. We aptly named the stud after our three children, Ashley, Adam and Tania 'Ashadatan Park' Our three children were very keen and successful riders up to Royal level. However the name 'Ashadatan Park' was shortly lived as many people had difficulty pronouncing it. The name was changed to Ashtan Park Stud in 2002. Despite this, many of our Ashadatan Ponies still carry a strong flag in the show ring.

Ashtan Park Stud is situated just outside the township of Cobram which is bordered by the great Murray river, at the Victorian/ New South Wales border, Australia. We breed a select number of elite foals each year, using our resident stallions, Owendale Jamaica and Langtree Dignity, including using outside Sires.

In 2006 we have commenced using frozen semen from one of Britain's leading sires. It's our aim that every pony offered for sale must be good enough to carry small precious cargo and to succeed at the highest level.
